LED Brake Light Bulbs

Looking to put some brighter bulbs in my 2012 Sport brake lights. Saw these on sale from these guys that put out some decent product: https://www.superbrightleds.com//7443-xxp-t+color-red+packamt-2-pack

A few questions:

• Can I use these CANbus bulbs in my FIT?
• Do people use Red or Clear bulbs in that enclosure (assuming the red lens will make the light look red)?
• Is there a better option out there from someone else?
