the Rascal - time for a change

Can we make a poll, that the Rascal needs a MASSIVE buff?
It’s really a fun thing to use, and >could< be a useful addition. Functions well, for what it is advertised.

BUT:

It needs to be green, maybe even grey. And waaay less materials to be used to
a) build it
b) update it to lvl4

(Also: It’s absolutely destroying the tradition of the blue weapons. Every blue weapon is MEDIUM AMMO, and is a kind of hightech factory build weapon.
Now the Rascal enters this, as an improvised weapon, shooting grenades… come on…..)
