Flying with 2 under 2

Hey everyone, i’m looking for advice for travelling on a plane with two babies. We have a 3 month old and a 23 month old who is in full toddler mode. Just looking for advice from anyone who has travelled with a fairly new baby and/ or a busy toddler. What worked for you and what didn’t?
We have contacted the airline we are flying with and we will be able to gate check our bucket seat and our double stroller. I have an ergobaby carrier for the 3 month old and a harness and leash for my toddler. We also have an iPad and bought some wireless headphones for our toddler. I’m not sure how that will go. I have a feeling he’ll hate the headphones.
I will be with my husband and they will be on our laps. I would like to bring my nursing pillow on the plane. I’m not sure if that will be too much to carry onto the plane.
Anyway, if you’ve done this before and have any advice, we would love to hear it! We have never brought either of our littles on a plane before. Both of us have been on planes, however we are by no means seasoned travellers, so all this is a little intimidating.
