Flintbacken and Tantogatan apartments - is it safe?

Is it generally safe to walk around there after dark, assuming I take the usual precautions and avoid places like the park itself at night? I read that there can be some drug activity in the area, but I'm not sure if that's mainly in the Tantolunden?
