A question about transgenders: What happened to “Born This Way”?

Transgenderism is a very confusing practice to me because on one hand they will say “born this way” and sing the lyrics “God makes no mistakes”, but then they say they need to slice off body parts, take puberty blockers, or pump hormones to avoid killing themselves.

They say “sex doesn’t change, but gender is a social construct” and then they’ll still use the terms MTF (male-to-female) and FTM (female-to-male) even though those terms are a complete insult to truth, logic, and science.

Then they’ll say there is a “mismatch” the between “sex” of their nervous systems and the “sex” of their body, even though their nervous system and their body are fully integrated with each other and part of the same system. They’ll swear their nervous systems belong to the opposite sex, even though that nervous system is clearly present in the sex they are desperately pretending not to be in.

Can someone clarify this for me? Or is it time to call out the hypocrisy of trans propaganda? Their logic belly-flops at every turn, and when you point out that it makes no sense, they’ll start tweaking.
