Letrozole 2.5mg to 5mg

Anybody start with 2.5mg of Letrozole and bump to 5mg? My first IUI didn’t not take, I have no previous fertility concerns and HSG was WNL. I’m in a wlw relationship as to why I have to do IUI. I would love to give myself the best chance so considering asking my fertility specialist if we can increase dose.
