"Don't." Nikki looked up. "Remember... that I told you, 'When I have a crush on a guy, no one knows'?" Nikki asked, biting her lip.

"Yeah..." Bear nodded.

"Well, I actually have a crush." Nikki glanced away. "The guy is so slow he doesn't notice the signals I'm sending him. And believe me, I'm sending so much that it's getting reeealy exhausting.

But guess what-" Nikki looked back at Bear. "this annoying guy is sitting right here in front of me." Nikki began to smile.

I'm looking for a sub-leaning switch partner who would play Nikki Freeman in a longterm plot.

I'm not searching for Freaky Nikki, but for a partner who can portray that chilled yet kind-hearted true Nikki we met in the first 20 minutes of the movie.

I'd like to explore an alternate universe where Bear made the right decision.

Requirements (This is what I expect from you):

• Write in the third person, past tense.

• Write at least 150 words per reply. This is important because I write between 150 and 200 words myself. But it would be best if you’re open to longer replies from time to time, because if I’m in the flow, I might just write several times the minimum, e.g., 450 words.

• You’re open to a long-term role-play that could last for months.

• You’re 100% okay with sporadic replies. I’m an adult with a life of my own; role-playing is just a hobby for me. So, I can only write a few replies a week, no more than that. That said, there are weekends when I’m available for an all day RP. If that’s the case, I’ll let you know.

• You like romance and drama. This is important because this is a slice-of-life love story; if that’s not your thing, then we’re not a good match.

• Nikki can be a passenger princess next to Bear, but you shouldn't be like that in this roleplay. I want to hear to your ideas, insights, suggestions and opinions. So I expect you to actively participate in plotting throughout our entire roleplay. If I see that I’m the only one putting effort into our RP, our journey together will come to an end very quickly.

• As I mentioned, I’m not looking for a partner who wants to play “Freaky Nikki,” but rather someone who will play the real Nikki from the movie. We’ve gotten a pretty good image of what kind of person Nikki is.

• You are willing to put in the effort to portray Nikki true to her character. By that, I mean trying to deliver her lines, her inner thoughts, and her actions in a way that feels authentic. I’ll aim to do the same with Bear.

• You're fine with a ratio of about 60% smut to 40% plot. But this ratio may sometimes get reversed.

What's different in this alternate universe:

• The movie never reveals how Nikki actually felt about Bear. In this universe, it becomes clear that Nikki has reciprocated Bear’s feelings for quite some time, but she didn’t know that Bear felt the same way about her, or if she was just imagining things.

• Ian and Nikki never hooked up. Ian probably made a move while drunk, but Nikki rejected him, which hurt Ian’s ego. That’s why he keeps sabotaging Bear’s attempts to confess his feelings to her.

• I’d phase out Ian and Sarah from the story gradually. The whole group is toxic because of their own ulterior motives, but Ian and Sarah make things 10 times worse, so I feel like the group needs to go. The group would have fallen apart soon anyway, since Nikki was serving her notice period and Sarah had been enrolled in college.

• I know the movie’s genre is horror, but this plot isn’t. I don’t want any scary stuff, disgusting things, murders, etc. This is a romance story.

• I haven’t decided yet on the existence or role of “One Wish Willow.” Basically, the genre of this plot is slice of life, so Willow doesn’t really fit in. That said, if you have an interesting—and maybe kinky—idea for how we could incorporate a wish made by one of our characters into the story, I’m open to it. But nothing where the wish ruins their lives or anything like that.
