THANKS ALOT Sedgwick! You just made life so much harder!!!! I filed a LOA over 2 weeks ago, explained to the man on the phone I needed to be able to file my short term disability could he help me with that. That I was headed in to see my dr that day but I was having major problems with depression, stress, anxiety and things of the sort. I found it odd I never received a packet or he didn’t ask about the info of the dr. I call back today to see if maybe I’m wrong maybe there’s something I should print off online. NOPE! I’ve waited all this time and the guy filed a PERSONAL LEAVE CLAIM!!!! The lady and I had to REDO it over the phone. That’s a whole other waiting period. Needless to say I’m going to lose it!!!! 😭 I was already having family problems, being treated like shiiii at work and NOW this. I can barely hold my head up! And let me guess there’s nothing that can be done?
