What components should I buy for my PC?

I want to build a PC, but I don't know which components to use since I'm not very into the PC world.

My budget is €900 max.

I'll be using it for multitasking, 3D design, schoolwork,etc... And if I install any video games, they'll be small ones.

I'm going to buy the PC components in Spain.
