What's the one piece of advise that actually made you a better solo camper?

Trip Advice

I've done a few solo trips now and each one teaches me something the last one didn't. Gear guides and YouTube videos only get you so far. The real stuff comes from people who've actually been out there alone and learned the hard way.

What's the one thing that genuinely changed how you camp solo? Could be mental, gear, safety, planning, anything?
