Chances of getting accepted to Grad House applying in summer

I didn't realize how brutal the toronto renting market is and had faith I could find my own place easily but I am starting to feel discouraged so I applied to grad house. I know I'm late but I am part of a professional faculty so I know there are some allocated spots for us. What are the chances of me hearing back before August 17th?
