Recent post about Happy Hamstery

So I recently saw a post about the happy hamstery saying sprays and such were not the right weight. People were also commenting on the ai art and Bible verse stickers. Well it’s been addressed on their facebook page and I think they were very transparent and are trying to do better. The original poster also forgot to come back and update us that she was given several options to remedy the problem and she chose a 50% refund. Can we as a hamster community appreciate that people are human and can make mistakes, but can also work their hardest to fix them? Let’s not be so quick to judge a great small business that cares for these beautiful creatures. If you’re interested in reading their post it’s on their Facebook page.
