Can’t load any saves or start a new file

Yesterday had no problem. This morning, couldn’t load any save file. I get as far as the bottom bar “Loading Complete”. Uninstalled/reinstalled the game. Verified game files. Even tries starting a new file, which gave the same results.

Swapped over to experimental and Dev log says “Curl error 60: Cert verify failed. Certificate has expired. UnityTIs error code: 7”. Had to run to work so couldn’t play around too much after doing this.
Anyone else having the same issue?
