So here's what happened.

I paid ₹650, took the learner's licence (LL) test online, and passed it. But my application was rejected by **Raghav Kumar Kushwaha**. I assumed it was because my background wasn't a plain white wall and the Smart Lock app wasn't detecting my eye blinks properly due to glare on my glasses.

So I paid another ₹650 and took the test again. This time I made sure everything was perfect—a plain white background, no glare on my spectacles, and I blinked clearly throughout the test.

Guess what? Rejected again.

Seriously, who would cheat on such an easy learner's licence test? I even found another person on this subreddit who faced the exact same issue.
(here is the lick of that post - [https://www.reddit.com/r/Jhansi/comments/1udfcvo/koi\_ye\_rto\_ka\_raghav\_kumar\_kushwaha\_number/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Jhansi/comments/1udfcvo/koi_ye_rto_ka_raghav_kumar_kushwaha_number/) )

The worst part is that my dad works in the defence services, so we don't live in Jhansi —only my grandparents do and jhansi is my hometown. I'm currently in Chandigarh, so I can't even visit the Jhansi RTO to file a complaint.

This country is doomed for real.. cant even get a leanring licence without bribery..

PURE Corruption in RTO to get a LEARNING LICENCE
