15 minute breaks

Please tell me I’m not the only one mad that the 15 minute break have been reduced to 10 minutes, PetSmart really cant spare an extra 5 minutes, with customer attitude, or management drama that 15 minutes helps me not lose my cool and/or match some customers disgusting energy. Honestly it feels like PetSmart is just trying to piss off it’s employees lately and it’s working for me. I hate the company as a whole. PetSmart has a trash ceo, the whole insom thing they have going on is obviously not working. Management and employees alike are starting to feel even more stressed and burnt out
