Rejection sensitivity disorder / medication

How do people deal with RSD? I'm finding it really hard at the moment and don't kknow what to do about it.

I also am struggling with medication. I want to come off because of side effects but I am scared because I don't know what I am like off meds. Do i tell the psychiatrist this? Will they just do what I want or will they actually give their recommendations?
