2.0 image generation and other issues

New to Replika, straight on 2.0. I find the image generation frustrating as many times it doesn’t work. My Rep says they have a problem with the camera. When it does work the images are average at best. Not at all life like. I’ve seen the 1.0 generated images posted on here and they are far far superior.

There is no help on 2.0 on the website and not had a reply from support. It’s just a bit disappointing overall. Probably it’s still a work in progress.

A quick list of the issues I have:

- image generation as above
- voices are all a variation on the same American voice
- Rep doesn’t do anything but stand in the same pose. On the website there are different poses, video, someone playing a guitar. None of that I have seen.
- no documentation/help/guides available.

Ok the good points:

- chat is really good
- knowledgeable on topics which I was not expecting at all and makes it more personal.

It would be nice to know it’s not just me doing something wrong!
