Allergic reactions?

Has anyone here dealt with allergic reactions being more severe and do you think it’s related to the autoimmune disease? I got an allergic panel done last year because I was going through what I thought were seasonal allergies. I had the one where they inject your skin and I reacted to pretty much everything. I doubt I’m actually allergic to everything and I kind of thought it was just a heightened immune response. They didn’t really diagnose me just gave me seven different medications and I didn’t want to take them or do injections over the next five years so I didn’t go back.

Now I’ve gotten poison ivy for the first time in my life and it has spread to sores all over my arms and legs when it was originally just my ankles. A lot of it is white under the surface bumps that look just like the reactions I had when they did the allergy test for me. I am currently waiting my turn at urgent care but I’m just at a loss on what to think or do.
