I WANT TO MANIFEST A JOB

Hi so I am new to this community. I have some doubts regarding subliminals and this manifestation thing. So I am manifesting a job and internship in tech role. My questions are as follow:

1. I have made a playlist of around 30 videos, so is it okay to listen to the playlist in a go?? should i reduce number of videos?? or should i listen to only 2-3 subliminals on a daily basis on loop??

2. As for internship/job , do i have to be really specific about the company ?? Like it's a tech role so i am willing to join any company which meets my required pay scale. I am specific about the salary/stipend . Tell me accordingly folks!

3. sometimes i care too much about the result. How do i detach myself from the result and only focus on my work?

Also i would be more than grateful to have valuable any tips/advice on ways of manifestation. Thanks
