I took the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations exam 42 days ago, but I still have not received a clear result or resolution. I have contacted Anthropic Academy Support multiple times, but most of the responses I received were automated or unclear.

To be clear, I am not asking this subreddit to fix my personal support case. I understand the community cannot resolve individual Anthropic Academy issues.

What I am trying to understand is whether this is an isolated case or whether other certification candidates have also experienced long delays, unclear escalation paths, or difficulty getting a human response.

If you have gone through something similar, I would appreciate hearing:

• How long it took to receive your result
• Whether you were able to reach a human support agent
• Which support channel eventually helped
• Whether there is a reliable escalation path for certification issues

I also believe certification-related issues should be communicated more clearly by Anthropic Academy. I have started sharing respectful, factual comments on LinkedIn and X/Twitter to ask for better visibility and support around unresolved certification cases.
