Signing Issues

Has anybody else been experiencing issues with the Vusion signs? Every time I put one out, it comes back as a transmission error. It seems like all we’re getting is the Vusion signs and we’re not getting the SES imaging signs anymore which worked better. It’s beyond frustrating, because on top of their being 100+ signs in p5 I have to change 35 signs because they come back as a transmission error.
