North Pier fishing

Just spent 3+ hours fishing at the north pier and didn't catch jack. Saw plenty of good size fish too. I was using senko worms, jig head hook with a 3" grub, crawls, glide baits. What are people using to catch these large mouth and small mouth bass over here?
