3-4 weeks on Lexapro and not feeling better yet

Is this normal? I do not feel better yet. My doctor also titrated my dose really quickly, abnormally so according to what I’ve read online. I am on Lexapro for severe GAD and OCD. I know OCD takes longer to start working, but some things I read said I should already be feeling better in terms of my generalized anxiety, but I don’t feel any different :(
Is there anyone who eventually felt better after a couple months?
