Brand new xmax v4 pro won't turn on

I can't turn on my brand new xmax v4 pro. It has charge but when I turn it on it says See You and turns off.

I need it tomorrow. I was tempted to return and order a new one to replace it , with next day delivery. But in trying to figure out what is wrong with it, I am seeing similar issues and amazon reviews are really bad, with many returns.

I know people typically advise people to spend loads and get an expensive one, but starting all this has already put me in debt, and I'm not even sure if it will work for me. Xmax v4 pro seemed a good compromise - decent enough to do what it needs to do.

But now I'm stuck! Have I just been just been lucky with the first one?
