Help with learning to use Multiman and Webman

Hello! I bought a PS3 super slim that was already modded with Hen, Multiman and Webman. I dont know how to use them well, Ive looked for resourses but all I can find is how to install them, not what all the settings do.

For example my fan speed is set to be constant not auto depending on the load. I wanted to change that, looked up how and I couldnt find the same setting on Webman in my case.

I know there are different ways to add games but all of them seem confusing, I have other modded consoles, and even modded some myself (Xbox 360, Wii, Psp, Ds) but this one is the most confusing to me.

Can you please provide some resourses, some documentation to learn from?
