Having trouble with my TPM

I have an Acer Nitro v16(ANV16-41) and even though my TPM is enabled in bios and i am able to clear it, i get the errors linked below when i try checking it's presence in system config and Powershell. This practically locks me from being able to play games like Warzone that have a Kernel based Anti Cheat. If anyone could help i would be grateful, thanks in advance.
