How would I order this drink?

I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso from starbucks, but their water was shut off so they had to sub a different drink. My barista said she'd make it with cold brew i believe. The drink was really good and id like to be able to order it again, so how exactly would I put it in the app if I wanted the shaken espresso, but coldbrew instead
