How upset should I be?

Issue

So, I bought my EV9 3 weeks ago. Since day 1, I have not been able to connect to KIA Connect. Here is the rundown:

  1. The salesman was pretty excited to show off the capabilities of KIA Connect, but we couldn't get it activated. We tried everything a few different times/ways, but I was in a hurry that day said I would come back the next day.

  2. On the next day (visit 2) we tried every possible way to get it activated again and called customer service, but still couldn't get it activated. We left it at "the back-end team will get it activated" and I had to send software and modem codes.

  3. After a few emails back and forth, I was told that I would need to set an appointment with the dealership to have them go a little deeper. I had some free time and popped in. The service department didn't really know what customer services was getting at, but after multiple attempts to reset everything through the diagnostics, reset the battery (or something like that), we still ended with the same result. Ultimately, they said they need to schedule a drop off, which I was told could be 2+ days and they can't have a loaner ready because it has to be verified that it will be more than a day.

My life probably won't be drastically interrupted by a day or two without a car, but it kinda sucks to buy a brand new car have an issue that requires multiple trips to the dealership. Should I be pissed off an complain to anyone that will listen? Should I nicely ask for something from KIA?
