How is CARS similar to other sections?

To give context, I have been scoring 514-515 on FL1-4 with an average of 130 on each section of the sciences. CARS is far down at 125. I’m taking the MCAT 7/31 with hopes to get 518+ if not 520+.

People have been saying on this subreddit that CARS is similar to other sections, and if you can do other sections then you can do CARS. I just can’t see that, but I feel like on the back of my mind I understand that science sections are also mini CARS.

Did your strategies for sciences apply for CARS? And how do you actually work CARS like the other sections?
