Defense of Alliance Start

Hey everyone. I was recently promoted to Alliance Leader and still figuring out my way around things. I know any member Rank 2 or higher can initiate the Defense of Alliance, but I myself don’t know how to. Any tips?

One of my members had started one that I managed to participate in, but I don’t know how to start it myself.
