Tell me why roblox is so stupid

I think I lost my roblox account cause I'm still trying to get in. I never knew I had to have a authenticator code or back up code so I pressed "lost access to 2SV methods" which means I don't have a back up code and I put my email in and it asked for a back up code. I DON'T HAVE ONE THAT'S WHY I PRESSED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Roblox please fix your game, thank you.
