Dual monitor setup 60hz cap

I have an MSI MAG 271QP and a SAMSUNG G5 G53F. The msi monitor runs fine on 240hz but the samsung one is hard capped at 60hz. Ive tried changing the cables and plugging it into different ports on my pc. What else could be the issue?
