Snowflake Advanced Architect Certification or any professional certification

I mean this query is not related to this specific certification. I completed the SnowPro Core certification in Feb and had planned to do any of the Advanced certification by May.

My Manager asked me to go for the Advanced Architect Certification and I have been struggling with the work and complexity level of the certification.

How do you guys target any Advanced or professional certification along with 10-12 hours of daily work?

The project work is not always crazy, but has been a little crazy, along with the Org contributions eat up all my time and energy.

I work as a Snowflake DE with around 5 years of total experience.

Thanks for your inputs.
