How I'm planning to hit $10K a month with faceless YouTube — here's my exact thought process

Okay so I've been quietly working on this for a while and I want to share what I'm actually doing because I think it might help some people here.

I started a faceless YouTube channel recently. No face, no voice, just long form content around an hour per video. Brand new channel and I'm already getting 500 to 1000 views per upload which honestly surprised me. The niche has an RPM of around $8 which is solid.

The problem I kept running into was time. Making an hour long video manually every single day is just not realistic. So I built myself a little workflow that cut my production time down to about an hour per video. I give it a topic, drop in a script, add some audio and relevant footage and it puts the whole thing together. What used to take me a full day now takes one hour.

That's when the math started making sense to me.

If one channel after monetization brings in $400 to $500 a month, running 5 channels means $2000 a month. I'm planning to bring in one person to help manage the uploading and maintenance, someone from a lower cost country where $100 to $125 a month is genuinely fair and reasonable. Then next month add two more people for four more channels. Keep looping.

By the time I have 20 to 25 channels monetized that's $10K a month. Not overnight but a clear path.

I already started. First channel is moving faster than I expected. Dropping a small screenshot below so this doesn't just sound like theory.

For hiring I use a middleman platform to avoid scammers — only works with crypto though. Happy to share the link if anyone's interested.

Anyway this is my actual plan. Not promising anything but the early signs are good. Anyone else doing something similar? Would love to hear what's working for you.
