New SEC marketing rule

Hi everyone - tightening up some loose ends on studying and wanted to make sure I have this one down because I think it recently changed . I have a weird feeling I’ll get tested on it . Endorsements and testimonials are ok to use for agents , BDs and fed covered IA. What is the rule for the rule under the USA ? Can state covered Ia and IARs use both ? Adding , testimonial is from a past or current client and an endorsement is from a 3rd party? . Hopefully someone can comment if they’ve seen it recently . I don’t trust ChatGPT or Gemini . Thanks !
