Had preceptal cellulitus over a month ago and my eyelid won’t stop twitching

in mid-May, I got preceptal cellulitis. it stuck around for a good while and even spread to the other eye, but remained at its worst in my left eye. I went on antibiotics and used ointment and hot compresses RELIGIOUSLY for weeks and it has now mostly cleared up except for what feels like a little ball trapped in my eyelid.

Ive had an eye twitch since late 2024, it’s usually only brought on by stress, lack of sleep, or excess caffeine, but since getting cellulitis, my eye twitches nearly CONSTANTLY. If I brush a hand in front of face? eyelid twitch. If I’m working out and a bead of sweat hits my brow? eyelid twitch. If I blink too hard? eyelid twitch. it’s driving me nuts and I worry that it’s a sign of a deeper issue.

Should I return to hot compresses and try to chill out and hope it improves, or should I talk to someone about this?
