How to reach high Stages Arch

Hey Guys,

The Title says all :)

Currently im Level 71, maxed all Gem Upgrades and only a few XP% Upgrades are left from the normal ones.

No matter how I distribute my Skill Points I wont get farther then Stage 61. What am I missing here? Or do I just need a higher Level?
