ALT with a small size ?

In my country (France), the best surgeons mainly do abdo, and I heard it’s not great for sensations (and I find the visual aspect really off putting, at least from the stories I read and saw). My main priority for phallo would be erotic sensations and aesthetic (passing as cis as possible), but I also want a relatively small penis (at least smaller than the average phallo penis).
I wouldn’t want more than 10cm/4 inches. Maybe 4 to 4.5 inches in girth too.

I want to avoid RFF if I can, since I have tattoos on my forearms (one related on the freedom from my abusive father, a thing that I very much don’t want on my most masculine attribute).

I would prefer to have ALT but I heard it always results in big penis size, even with debulking.

If any guy here got phallo (no matter the technique) in France, I would beg for you to share your experience. I feel desperate trying to find the right surgeon.
