I just want to say that RIFT was the quickest and most communicative by far!

I’m quite impressed but I do have one thing to ask. Is it normal for Apothecary to send everything unrefrigerated?

I just had my package delivered via UPS and it was in the bag in the reflective bag and the vials were inside the neat black cannister but there were no cold packs at all. When I say everything was hot, it was HOT to the touch.

I thought the whole point was to send it this way to keep it cold but there wasn’t any signs of anything melting or condensation.

Y’all I’m in west Texas so hot is really really hot. I know these meds can survive warm temps. I flown with them and they have still worked after delays and me forgetting my vials needed more cold and fine but I feel like shipping with NOTHING to keep it cool at all is just wild!

Even the little blue thing which I assume is reusable ice for the canister was hot and dry. Like had it been cold from the word go some sign of it changing temps would have been there.

Kind of impressed and also disappointed. It’s a weird feeling.
