Best method to "Reset" WSA

I had this problem last year where one of my apps complained about time zone settings. I ended up just downloading the mustard chef builds and it seemed to resolve the issue. This time, I downloaded a new version and ran the install script again and it doesn't seem to resolve that error.

Any suggestions on the best method to "reinstall" or "reset" WSA?

For extra context, I don't run GApps, Amazon, Magisk, etc. Just bare minimum WSA.
