Searching for a rear tail tent ideally or other type for an audi a6 avant

Hello,
I recently bought an audi A6 avant C7.5 2017 for daily use and ideally camping aswell, to be frank im a beginner, Ive bought most of the stuff needed and only missing part is the tent as im a bit lost in what would fit an estate/break or whatever you call it.
Ive seen rear tail tent, hub tent and other stuff.

For my budget for a tent id go for 400 euros max for starter, I may upgrade later on.

I plan to go from France to Scotland in september then next year to Nordkapp in Norway, later on portugal, greece and others in the long run.

So if you could give me ideas ( with a photo that would be sick to get a real idea ) of what type of tent would be best for my car. Thanks a lot

( if you are experienced and have tips for camping in general for beginners im reading everything )
