Name change

I need help changing my last name on my SS card. I had a work permit but it expired 2022. I’m not sure wha they’ll ask for since I didn’t apply for adjustment of status only my I-360. I have my PF and receipt notice but nothing else. I have my divorce decree but I need to get a license but they won’t change my last name without changing it through the SS office. Can anyone help?
