The most prominent victim of the strip-search calls is **Louise Ogborn**, an 18-year-old employee at a Mount Washington, Kentucky, restaurant. In April 2004, a caller impersonating a police officer convinced her manager that Ogborn was a theft suspect, leading to a 3.5-hour ordeal where her female manager stripped her completely naked.

* **The Hoax Call:** An unknown person claiming to be a police officer accused Ogborn of stealing money or a purse from a customer. The caller instructed the assistant manager to strip search Ogborn in a back office, or face arrest. 
* **The Abuse:** Over the course of three and a half hours, Ogborn was forced to get completely naked (except for an apron)  in front of her female manager and later endure physical and sexual abuse inflicted by the fiancé. 
* **Legal Outcomes:** Summers received a misdemeanor conviction and probation. Her fiancé was sentenced to 5 years in prison for sexually abusing Ogborn. A Florida man named David Stewart was arrested and charged with making the calls but was later acquitted by a jury. 
* **Corporate Liability:** Summers (the manager who undressed her) sued and was awarded in damages.

I’m frustrated and need to vent about this, because everyone in the documentary keeps talking about Stanley Milgram and psychological manipulation but to me this just shows how many secret sadistic creeps in positions of power are just waiting for an opportunity to prey on young girls who have been taught from a young age that their body isn’t theirs. 

Literally no manager hesitated before doing this. And all of them got off easy because our justice system is so flawed. Fuck I’m so mad.

To young girls— know your rights and never comply if someone’s making you uncomfortable, ever.

From 1994-2004 a phone scam from a fake police officer caused various food service managers to str*p search and SA 70-100 female employees. The man calling was acquitted of all charges.
