idk what to do

i’m going to america in like 2 weeks and parents said if i don’t stop before then i won’t get books btw i like reading not much but enjoy manga and i have been cutting like 3 times a day and they keep asking to see my arms and i refuse to show but they said if they aren’t healed before hand then they will take my phone and everything but that will make it worse also i have really bad ones that definitely won’t heal before hand and im really stressed abt what to do
