Microsoft and discord got stolen by hacker i cant retrieve please advice

Hello, 2 months ago i downloaded a minecraft mode from a hacker disguised as my friend in discord (he stole my friends account). The second i downloaded and opened file a installation started my discord crashed and i immediately noticed something was wrong and deleted everything new, everything anything added i checked nearly all files with anything new added or suspicious and deleted. This was my second mail that was attached to discord. Okay so funny thing, i had 2FA on discord and phone,mail verification in my mail. He takes them down and i dont get single notification to my backup mail(my main mail) or to my phone for discord or mail. I change all my passwords and secure my info or anything else he could react to. Then i start writing to discord and microsoft support for recovery. Microsoft support is really bad and rejecting all my requests i put my old 6 passwords, my birth, or whatever they ask me i put all of them correctly but always get rejected. Discord was more easy to use and i sent them a few of my 4 years of nitro receipts and proof of ownership from my main mail support account (this account once was attached to my discord) so they make me wait 2 months to make sure of ownership and boom they tell me that i need my mail that connected to discord rn. Its ridicilious if i had my account i would easily retrieve back my account by myself but they made me wait 2 months just to say i need my mail. Its really sad since i had a lot of friends and people in that discord account since 2018 i dont even want my mail back i just want my discord back how can i retrieve them this companies really drive me crazy.
