Children's book with dark take on nursery rhymes and has dark tvs with long, creepy antennae.

Okay, I need your help trying to remember a children’s book. It was like a very surrealist vibe with dark illustrations, each page was like its own thing and wasnt related so it wasn’t like a story all the way through. I vividly remember a family of a fork, knife and spoon (mom fork, dad knife, baby spoon) and I remember a dark tv with antennas and a grandfather clock.
