Need advice for a WIP Ultra Budget Build

Hey there I not used to posting but I thought this might be the best place to ask for PC hardware help. I want to build a really low budget PC just to play some games that i have been dying to play for a while I live in a 3rd world country(Nigeria). Its really hard to get pc parts here that aren't really old. I working for a school that has abandoned pcs upon inspecting them they were i5 - 7400's with 8gb of ddr 4 ram and a Chinese branded psu's that I cant read. i was able to come with 40gb or working ram 1 cpu and cooler. My plan is to create this as a build:
Motherboard: Machinist X99-V9S
CPU: E5-2690 V4
RAM: 32GB
SSD: None for now the prices are crazy
GPU: RX6600
Games I would want to play at at least 1080p mid:
Warframe
Fortnite
Valorant
Deadlock
Spiderman games
God of war 2016
Frostpunk 2

If u have any advice pls tell me in the comments section
