Tastebuds changed literally overnight

I typically enjoy 2-3 coffee’s between 4am and 10am and have done for the last 20 years.

Today I woke up and my coffee tasted absolutely awful for no reason. Absolutely nothing has changed. Same brand, same measurements etc

My greek yoghurt also tasted different too despite being from the same container as yesterday

Is this just another ridiculous f*****g symptom of peri?
