CAC Authentication conflict with MAM

I installed MAM on my personal device and now anytime I login to a CAC enabled website or AVD, I have to authenticate using microsoft authenticator. My CAC and pin will no longer get me in (“credentials can’t be verified”). I tried deleting MAM and still have the issue. Also, I can only log into my government laptop, no one else’s. S6 cannot figure out the fix. Any ideas?
