Ex birthday advice

It’s been seven months since the break up, we’re technically not on bad terms as we were hooking up until two months ago when she said she didn’t want to anymore. She had also told me to not hold out hope anymore that we’ll get back together but we could be friends. I still miss her but accepted things and ever since then we haven’t really talked so I’m not sure if I should reach out. Sorry for the rant I just been conflicted.
